TAPS is now using an online volunteer management software called Better Impact. Better Impact will allow us to better coordinate and communicate with our volunteers.
In an effort to create a more streamlined volunteer opportunity for you, we are implementing a volunteer management software called Better Impact. Through Better Impact, you can create an individual/family account, log your volunteer hours electronically, and sign up for volunteer opportunities through the Better Impact website or the free MyImpact app that you can download on your phone.
Once your account is set up, you can either log in and log out at the shelter computer that is now in place of the log-book, download the MyImpact app and sign in and out from your phone, or you can log hours from your computer at home. From both the website and the phone app, you can also update your areas of volunteer interest and sign up for volunteer events.
