UPDATE – ALL THREE OF THESE GIRLS HAVE BEEN ADOPTED
Elena, Chicha, and Heart are 3 tortoiseshell girls available and waiting at TAPS for their forever homes! I have a special place in my heart for torties, as I have two at home, including one TAPS alum who is about to celebrate her 1 year gotcha day. Torties are known to have their very own “tortitude”, but will show you nothing but love in the end!
All 3 of these girls are out in our large open cat room, so they do great with other cats, why not adopt 2 of them together?!
Elena is a 1.5 year old, medium sized tortie who was lucky enough to land at TAPS after being surrendered to a nearby animal control. She is sweet, friendly and gentle and enjoys sitting in a window watching the outside world.
Chicha is a bit older, at 7 years old, but she will tell you she has plenty more years of love to give if you adopt her! Chicha can usually be found sleeping in a bed on top of the cat kennels in our open cat room, and is a bit shy at first. Chicha came on transport to TAPS all the way from Tennessee to find her special forever family!
Last but certainly not least, is Heart. Heart has been at TAPS for about 3 months now after being taken in as a stray by a kind family who wanted to keep her, but she did not do well with their dog. So no dogs for this sweet girl, but she does great with other cats and would be a purrrrfect addition as a second cat in your home. Heart is just 1 year old and waiting for her forever family.
