DOG OF THE WEEK: MEET ARCHIMEDES
Archimedes (“Archie” for short!) is estimated to be a three year old, male, lab/retriever mix. He was picked up running stray and that’s all we know about his history. He is a fun, active boy that enjoys simply walking around the yard, smelling and investigating things, more so than chasing toys and playing fetch (though he did catch a case of the zoomies at one point, because who doesn’t love to run off some energy!).
As a three year old lab, he does still have a little puppy left in him, but he was extremely well behaved at an offsite, content with people watching and making friends with every person he met. Overall, Archie is a happy go lucky guy that would love to find his forever family! Any potential adopter should be prepared to spend a little time with obedience & manners, potty training and kennel training. Click here to fill out an application!
CAT(S) OF THE WEEK: MEET BISCUIT & GRAVY
Hi there, I’m Biscuit and I am 4 months old. I am a darling brown tabby girl, who was found with my brother, Gravy. We were dumped in a carrier by a dumpster on a hot day. Fortunately for us, we were found… We have been living with our foster mom ever since. She has taken good care of us and we have learned to trust humans. My foster mom has this to say about me… Biscuit is curious, adventurous, independent, and enjoys toys. She is also extremely sweet and loving, especially at night. She is a big snuggler and makes biscuits on me all night. She gets along well with other cats, but a quieter home without young children or dogs would be best. Gravy is a bit more cautious, and relies on Biscuit for moral support. He is sweet, gentle, has a big purr, and enjoys some toys and snuggles. He gets along well with other cats, but a quieter home without young children or dogs would be best. Her and her brother are very bonded. Gravy relies on her, so they are looking for that perfect home that will adopt and love them both together.
