Hi there, I’m Rachel and I am 3 years old. I am a pretty, orange and white, female. I came to TAPS from a nearby animal control where I was surrendered when I was pregnant. I was in a foster home taking care of my babies until they were ready to be adopted and now it’s time for me to be a little babied too- I have been at the shelter now since May after my kittens were adopted! I was a very good mommy. I am sweet, quiet, and adorable. I enjoy being petted and talked to. I do not seem to be familiar with toys, but I do know the sound of a crinkling treat bag…I like those!! Since I have been at TAPS longer than 6 months, my adoption fee is only $25 and includes the following:
